Vendor Exhibit Application Information Vendor Day: Wednesday, June 11, 2008 The Association of Christian Librarians represents librarians and institutions which serve the academic library community throughout the United States and Canada. Most ACL members serve in accredited church-sponsored and non-denominational colleges and universities, which offer a variety of liberal arts and theological curriculums. Attendees at the ACL Conference represent a variety of administrative and professional assignments that enable the vendors to negotiate directly with those empowered to make decisions and financial commitments. Vendors will be assured of no-conflict access to approximately two hundred participants for at least two hours at various times between 10 AM and 3 PM on Wednesday, June 11, 2008. In addition, there should be considerable traffic in the exhibit area until mid-afternoon. Please be aware that the available space allotments presume tabletop exhibits/displays. Lunch with the Conference participants is included. Pricing for the 2008 Conference will be as follows:
Since exhibit space is limited, I encourage you to give immediate consideration to this opportunity and to submit your reservation as soon as possible. Payment for exhibit space will be due by March 15, 2008. Deadline extended to May 15, 2008. Participants will receive additional conference information prior to May 30, 2008. Shipping Materials in Advance Vendors may wish to ship products and equipment prior to the conference. Storage will be provided by Library staff on the campus of Eastern Nazarene College at no additional cost.
